1. Overview

This offer includes the design and development of a Business Portfolio Website consisting of four essential pages:

• Home Page – Overview of your business and offerings

• About Page – Company story, values, and team

• Services Page – Summary of the services you provide

• Contact Page – Contact information or inquiry form

This package is designed for informational business websites only.

2. Exclusions

This package does not include:

• E-commerce functionality (online store, cart, checkout, etc.)

• Membership systems or user logins

• Booking systems or scheduling integrations

• Custom web applications or advanced dynamic features

• Copywriting or branding (unless otherwise agreed)

• Third-party integrations beyond basic contact forms

Additional features or pages may be added upon request and will incur an extra fee.

3. Hosting and Maintenance

• Hosting is provided at $19.99/month (billed monthly).

• Hosting includes secure storage, uptime monitoring, and technical support for server-related issues.

• Maintenance beyond hosting (e.g., content updates, design changes, or plugin installations) is not included and may be billed separately.

4. Payment Terms

• Project payments will be divided into three parts:

  • Initial Payment: Due before the project begins.

  • Second Payment: Due after the first design revision.

  • Final Payment: Due after completion of the final revision.

• All payments are non-refundable once made.

• Hosting fees begins after project completion.

5. Content and Materials

• The client must provide all business information, images, and content needed for the pages listed above.

• Any stock photos or assets sourced by the developer may be subject to licensing terms.

6. Revisions

• The package includes one round of minor revisions after the initial design is presented.

• Major design or structural changes may result in additional fees.

7. Ownership and Rights

• Once full payment is received, the client owns the final website content and design.

• The developer retains the right to display the project in their portfolio or marketing materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

The developer is not responsible for:

• Loss of data due to client actions or third-party interference

• Downtime caused by external hosting providers

• Business losses resulting from website performance or availability

9. Agreement

By purchasing this package, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and policies.
